‘High time’ for refugees to return, Pakistan envoy tells Afghan FM: FO
- Pakistan’s Diplomat to Afghanistan, Ubaidur Nizamani, has told Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi that it’s “high time” for Afghan refugees to return to their country, given the current security dynamics in Afghanistan.
