At Least 9 Dead After Naxalites Blow Up Police Vehicle In Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur

  • A tragic incident occurred in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district on Mon when Naxalites detonated an improvised explosive device that blew up a police vehicle.
  • Unfortunately, at least 9 people, including 8 jawans and the driver, lost their lives
  • The incident took place on the Bedre-Kutru Road in Bijapur district, where 2 Scorpio vehicles carrying around 20 soldiers were returning from an anti-Naxal operation.
